Our primary internet policy is to employ as many aspects
of the technology as possible providing the overall system is not detrimental to our business strategy

Whilst we recognise that there are customers who wish to use the internet to its maximum potential,
traveladvisors have no current plans to provide OnLine booking facilities.
Our customer base
has been built up entirely by personal recommendations and the vast majority of our customers wish to
maintain the personal contact... an aspect lost when booking OnLine.
Our belief in this strategy
is strengthened by the number of successful OnLine Businesses that have, or are looking for, a 'high
street' presence.

The traveladvisors group will endeavour to answer any OnLine enquiry within 60 minutes during business
hours.
It is our policy to contact potential customers by telephone, however if the 'email only'
check box is ticked, then the customers wishes will be honoured.
traveladvisors are totally
independent from any third party interests, do not have any sponsors or advertisers on our web site and
as such any personal details entered in an Online Enquiry are not passed onto any other organisation.
We do add your email address to our customer mailing list and from time to time may send you details
of any Special Offer that we believe will be of interest to you. You will not be subjected to any intense
e-marketing strategy.

If you make an OnLine Enquiry your email address will be added to our electronic mailing list and
we will contact you should any Special Deals become available that we feel will be of interest to you.
We presently intend to use our email facilities no more frequently than every 60 days.
Should
this policy change all the members of our list will be notified by email with full details of our intentions
and a reminder of our Opt-Out proceedure.

They can still use their existing dialup connection and existing email address, to which tagmail will
automatically forward all mail.
This service is free of charge and is a fabulous offer to internet

No data containing customers personal details is stored OnLine. Whilst much of the internet industry
asserts SSL servers and data encryption to be secure, the fact is that fraud is a huge problem. traveladvisors
has never had an incident of credit card fraud and in our determination to maintain that record we will
continue to discourage our customers from entering their credit card details on web sites. We are able
to offer an alternative method because of the personal contact we have with our customers.
